My Thoughts:

 

Take two capsules daily. The capsules are gluten-free,and contains no wheat, egg, milk, peanut, shellfish or soy. Also, cruelty free AND made in the USA! So no worries, these little green tea capsules of awesomeness are safe! The health benefits that you get out of these pills is awesome! Aides in weight loss, lowers Cholesterol, packed with Vitamin C, etc. I have not been taking these capsules for long enough to say I have noticed any weight loss or better cholesterol levels, but I have noticed I have less of an appetite throughout the day.
