Hey! Happy Tuesday, Beauties! Lately, I am obsessed with Essential Oils. This Lavender Oil from goPURE is one of my favorite essential oil scents.
This Lavender Oil is 100% Pure and Natural. Contains no harsh chemicals and nothing artificial. Just good ole essential oil! Lavender Essential Oil is great for relieving stress and anxiety. Lavender is good for calming your mind and body. It also helps improve your mood and helps fight insomnia.
My Thoughts
Essential Oils are great to have around the house. Not only do they have health benefits, but everyday uses. I used this Lavender oil and made a homemade cleaner and homemade soaps. I even like to drop a little drop of oil into the toilet.. Makes my bathroom smell fresh :) It calms me and makes me feel less anxious and stressed. I love the fact that its all natural!
The lavender oil has a great scent. It's not overbearing. All you need is a little drop. You'll feel like you are in a field of fresh flowers!
